Frederick Robinsons Unicorn Packaging Centre having issues with 2 older Compair L75SR compressors one obsolete and the other with overheating issues and persistent oil leaks and an overloaded desiccant air dryer with a positive dewpoint
We carried out the following:
- Compressors replaced with 2 New ALMIG XP90 Air compressors
- Dryer replaced with SPX Hankinson HHL1351-E8 Desiccant air dryer and a Hankinson HDS1450 digital scroll refrigerant air dryer
- All filters upgraded and duplexed and fitted with no loss drains
- Owamat 6 cleaned and rebuilt with new filter bags and recommissioned
- New equipment providing good quality air to plant at ISO8573 class 1:2:1
